Very poor service, sales consultant does not know the range, cannot coordinate issues with his management. I was in the store 4 times, each time the waiting time was 30+ minutes with an empty store and in some cases there were 2 sellers..... I don’t recommend it, unfortunately only the human factor - but this is the face of the store. ( Moloth production, World Of Symphonic band).

Nice staff, English speaking and friendly. Always buying my guitar strings here. More string options than in Hangszerplaza

Very, very helpful guys works here. The instrument workshop is really professional and strict, in terms of quality. The prices are, (by my measure), wallet friendly.
