The worst customer service, I reached out many times (email, phone) to purchase a gift card, even I called many many times. When they realized I do not speak Hungarian they just hung off and emails stop answering. I found a friend who could call and speak in Hungarian but never picked up the phone anymore. How can we trust in a service than is selective with their clients like that. They have their right maybe, since it is their business, but it's a bit racist right?

⭐ 1/5 – Honest Review: We booked the Premium Couple Head Spa with Body Massage at Harmony Hair Spa, drawn by the glowing 5-star reviews. Unfortunately, the reality fell far short of expectations. Pros: You get the entire salon to yourself, as they don’t take in other clients during your session. The space is neat, clean, and peaceful, which initially sets a relaxing tone. Cons: No warm welcome – not even a basic gesture like offering water to guests. Language barrier: None of the staff spoke English, which made communication incredibly difficult. We spent a lot of time typing and translating back and forth, which ate into our session time. Head Spa: You're asked not to wash your hair for 48 hours prior to the session so they can "analyze the scalp" – which honestly just results in visible buildup, itching, and irritation from the heat. Strangely, both my friend and I were told we had exactly the same scalp issues, even though we have very different hair types and diets – making us question the credibility of their analysis. Body Massage: Zero pressure applied throughout, and no one even bothered to ask about our comfort or preferences. The massage began with the backs

My partner and I spontaneously booked a head spa for the first time – and it was absolutely wonderful! The salon was easy to find, and despite a slight language barrier, everything was communicated clearly and smoothly. The scalp analysis was fascinating, and we received helpful, personalized recommendations. The treatment itself was incredibly soothing and relaxing – you can truly feel how it stimulates the scalp and improves circulation. The facial and hand massages were also a highlight – so gentle, it felt like being touched by a feather. The overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the two lovely ladies who treated us were kind and professional. We left feeling completely relaxed and happy 🥰

My partner and I came for the couples headspa treatment and it was amazing. We could see the differences in our scalps before and after the treatment and the attention was great! Recommend 100%

This head spa was fantastic! I’ve not felt this relaxed in so long. The wonderful lady made lots of effort speaking English to me and made me feel so welcome and relaxed. Would 100% recommend!
