Köszönjük szépen a nagyszerű programot, ma, október 11-én a Havas-villában. A Dreher család történetével kezdve, a velocipéd, a patkó dobálás, a belső tèrben lévő különféle érdekességeken át a korabeli ruhákba öltözésen túl a teszt feladatokig! Élménydús családi program, köszönet a szervezöknek és valamennyi munkatársnak!

Nagy meglepetés volt és nagyon örültem, hogy a Kőbányai pincerendszer látogatást követőn megnézhettük az egykori Dreher Villát is a Kulturális Örökség Napjai keretében. 📜 A villát egykor Dreher Antal vette Havas Józseftől, így a Havas-villa néven is ismert. Később a Dreher sörgyár igazgatói laktak itt. 🏛️ Még lepusztult állapotban is látszik, hogy milyen szép, klasszicista épület. A kandallók elég jó állapotban megmaradtak a termekben, ezeken látszik, milyen ízléses volt a berendezés. Az alagsorban a kornak megfelelően korszerű sütőberendezés található. Az emeleten pedig beépített szekrények. 🏗️ Most 2024-ben a BME hallgatók diploma munkaként készítettek terveket, hogyan lehetne a villát és a sörgyár más részeit újra hasznosítani, például közösségi kertként, coworking irodaként, ifjúsági házként. Az ezekről szóló tervekből kiállítást láttunk a villa falain.

2023-ban egy kőbányai pincetúrán vettünk részt állandó túratársammal, egyik legjobb barátommal. Bejártuk a Kőbányai Pincerendszer egy részét, majd a felszínre feljutva a Havas-villát is bejártuk, mely Dreher-villa néven is ismert. A nyilvánosság elől elzárt, kamerákkal védett területet 2008 óta évente egyszer, a kőbányai önkormányzat szervezésében is megtekinthetik az érdeklődők. 2023 júliusában megkezdődött a tetőtér felújítása.

The classical villa is beautiful and a pearl of the neighborhood. However, it is sadly kind of falling apart ;( only on rare occasions I've read it's possible to enter anyway. Whereas normally you can just about see it from the outside (although a tall wall has been placed in front of the building), from the public park which was once its own private garden. You have to climb at the back of the park, through the growing vegetation.
