Went to Budapest for 4 days, did and saw many things, but this restaurant was my favourite. We got the knife shaved beef soup and the first spoonful of just broth made me almost tear up from how perfectly balanced and flavourful it was. We were just two people and got four dishes, which we painstakingly chose over almost all other dishes on the menu that we also wanted to try. The servings were so generous and we were not able to finish everything, and not for lack of trying or wanting to. The dumplings were wonderful, and so was the hot sweet sour eggplant. While we were there, we also happened upon the owners' lunchtime. They sat down at a table next to us and ate their lunch, same as us. It's wonderful to see the owners of a restaurant eating the food they serve themselves. It also made me feel at home, having them eat along with us. The whole experience was simple and straight forward but at the same time my favourite out of my whole visit to Hungary. I would visit the city again just to eat at this restaurant. PS: I asked for a takeaway container for the leftover dumplings, took them on the plane home, and brought them to my family as a souvenir. Wish I could have taken all ot

We've been traveling for a couple of weeks and wanted a dinner we were familiar with, and this fit the bill. The food was good, and the service was good as well. I would recommend it, but I'm not sure it's worth making as long a trip as we did to get there. The area seemed pretty dead, and the bus dropped us off in what felt like a questionable area. The tram we wanted to take back never came. That's probably something the locals know how to navigate, but we didn't.

Best Chinese restaurant I've ever been to! (And one of the best restaurants overall.) Surprisingly natural and rich flavors. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Really inexpensive for the level of quality. We had a great time with my friends. I'll be back for sure! :)

The wonton soup was delicious with much flavor since the restaurant prepares it uniquely with the bits of dried fish and pickled mustard. Meat dish was alright but a bit pricy. Card payment accepted here.

We were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. Made the 30min bus ride from the city centre worthwhile
