A complete scam. We booked for 30 people for three nights, but were told they had forgotten to include one night and that we had to deal with it ourselves. Some people had to sleep on the floor or share beds. Nothing was fixed the next day. Some guests had to leave even though they had paid, while others continued sleeping on the floor and on sofas. In the end, they still charged us the full amount. Avoid this place.

We had a confirmed and fully paid booking for this accommodation with check-in scheduled for June 11. On June 9, we received a message via the Booking.com app stating that the property was unavailable due to a water pipe burst and that we should cancel the reservation ourselves. The day before, we had contacted the host via the chat because previous reviews mentioned issues with no electricity. We were told that everything was working perfectly. After receiving the cancellation message, we contacted Booking.com support. They initially tried to reach the property but were unable to get anyone. At the same time, we called the phone number provided by the host for English-speaking guests. We could not reach anyone directly and only managed to connect via a WhatsApp voice call. The person we spoke to was initially friendly and said he was not aware of any pipe burst and would check internally. After about half an hour, we followed up and were told that the issue was supposedly confirmed and that we should proceed with cancelling the booking ourselves. Overall, the communication was inconsistent and confusing, which raised serious concerns. We have reported the situation to Booking.

They accepted my special room request. The room was nice, decent size, and clean. There was quiet at night. The shared bathroom was clean and big. I mainly had an issue with the staff and their attitude. Firstly, the check-in hours are very limited and inconvenient. I feel as if this was done intentionally to collect additional fees. Since I was supposed to attend activities on the other side of the city (1 hour away) and arrived early, I verified with them in advance - both by messages and by phone - that I would be able to leave my suitcase there and complete the check-in process early. I did not even need access to the room; I simply wanted to avoid unnecessary commuting across the city if there was an option not to. I was told that it was fine. However, when I arrived as agreed, I was suddenly told that early check-in costs an additional 20 euros. They had made me travel from the other side of the city based on false information. I refused to pay and was then told to come back again during the regular check-in hours. Because I had to travel twice across the city, I lost valuable time, missed a tour I had planned, and experienced a lot of unnecessary stress. I don't think I was

We had no light and they did nothing about it and told us nothing beforehand, horrible bathrooms ans just look at the picture of how they got us 1 single light working in our room when we complained

Almost no electricity, cables everywhere, some rooms have no access to the bathroom, I had to sleep in a different room than I booked ,with strangers and spoiled food everywhere, also the rooms were horrible
