We had a brilliant stay with Hi5 apartments in Budapest. Room was very clean and modern and the bed was fabulously comfortable and spacious. The AC worked an absolute treat too. The reception staff were very helpful and close by and happy to let us store luggage before check in! Only point of feedback is the bathroom tap was incorrectly fitted with the cold side giving hot water and vice versa - but this isn’t going to retract from an otherwise 5* review.

We left our luggages here in the luggage storage. Amazing service, very safe and well managed. The front desk lady, Kitti, was absolutely lovely and kind, speaking perfect English. It’s not easy to find lockers in Budapest, this one is highly recommended!

We stayed at Magyar Utca 23 and this was our experience: When we arrived there was no space for the 5th person to sleep with no bedsheets or pillow even though we booked for 5 . The second night of our stay when we came back at the Airbnb late at night , one of the lights were on even thought it was turned off before we left. We couldn't communicate with the owner after calling him multiple times and texting him on what's App where he would only read the messages, If he was actually reading them. The bed upstairs was very noisy and the other people in the room were annoyed by it from every move we would make. The pillows were stained with mold , no comfortable at all . The only good was the location .

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! Everything was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. A special thank you to the cleaner, Iren — the apartment was cleaned perfectly. You can really see the care and attention to detail in her work. It was a pleasure staying here, and we would definitely recommend this place!
