Forgot our order, waited for an hour, nothing happened, the waitress even asked if we ordered anything out just sat down. Never experienced this poor service. Beer is good but service is really poor.

For a place that has the name burger in the name, it was a disappointment. The patty and bun were dry and the staff wasn't very attentive. They also did not seem knowledgeable about their beer they served.

There are no waiters. You must order food and drinks at the bar and the long queue moved at a snails pace. How on earth you would set up such a nice looking place and have absolutely no service is unbelievable. Food sounded nice but can’t comment as we left after 20 minutes of trying to order.

The place turned out to be very atmospheric, with windows in the restaurant area offering a view of the brewery. The service is very friendly, and the tonic is divine. We were too full for beer and burgers this time, but we'll update on those next time. :)
