The hotel has several locations. The room interiors are nice and comfortable — that’s true. However, the service, despite the smiles of a few concierges, is very slow. Only the young woman who came to check us in turned out to be very polite and competent. We were misled about the address of our accommodation: one location was indicated during the reservation, but on the day of arrival we were given a different address. We also had to wait quite a long time — about 35 minutes — before someone opened the door. There is parking space for a bus, which is a plus. We had to leave early and asked for lunch boxes instead of breakfast, but they don’t offer that service. We understand that it’s not available there, yet it was still inconvenient.

Great hotel we stayed at this one they clean your room everyday theyre very helpfull at the reception they even helped us with traffic tickets wich i would not have know how to fix elseway so genuinely great rooms clean nice beda nice pillows nice everything!

Made us wait outside for 2 hours until we all gave them 20€ each as a “warranty” (they hadn’t announced it previously) and afterwards made us go to a different building entirely because they didnt have space for us in the one we first went to. After that one of our rooms smelled like actual sewage and they were very rude in general.

Not particularly happy with this place. Main problem was that it was not very clean in the room, and the towels were smelly. There were hairs here and there, even on the towels and sheets. Breakfast was poor, even for a 3 star hotel. The place is off the city, but ofcourse this was not a surprise. However, the hotel is not located in a safe neighborhood in general. Given all these, this place is not that cheap or worth money to stay in.

Cute hotel with a rustic feel. Our room had a modern, effective, portable aircon unit, which was very much needed, but it was somewhat noisy. There was no fridge. The only drawback to this place is you need to take a taxi to the city centre.
