We are currently on a school trip. The staff is absolutely horrendous and unhelpful. Our friend is locked down for nearly an hour, he has claustrophobia and the bathroom is really small. The receptionist just “shrugged” on our problem and instead of helping us he tells us to talk with our teacher. This is obviously outrageous, the bathroom has little to no ventilation. Were we previously informed about this otherwise minor issue, things wouldn’t have escalated the way that they have. We are disappointed and would definitely never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent value for money. Rooms are a little outdated, but clean. Very helpful staff. Typical continental breakfast. Very close to Nepliget transportation hub.
