Nem értem a negatív értékeléseket. Valahányszor itt voltam, legutoljára Dr. Tót Éva Erikánál tüdőgyógyászaton, illetve Dr. Kovács Zsuzsanna doktornőnél bőrgyógyászaton, kiváló ellátást és alapos magyarázatot kaptam. Az orvosok és valamennyi munkatárs hozzáállása kedves, empatikus.

A mellkas RTG-en (Hunyadvár u.) az egyik asszisztens, általam soha nem tapasztalt arroganciával és agresszivitással kezelt engem és más beteget is. Felkerestem a betegjogi képviselőt, és jelentést tettem a felettes vezetőknek. Tudjuk mi a helyzet az egészségüggyel, de ez minden határon túlment.
