Travel agency with ability to get a tax free refund where people don‘t speak english. Extremely unhelpful. In the shop where I got tax free papers, employees said, I can get money in this agency instead of queueing in the airport. People in IBUSZ said I need a stamp from the airport first (more like „airport! Customs! No english“. I didn‘t get a refund and do not recommend to waste your time and go there, better check on the phone first.
