Nagyon lekezelően, bunkón bántak velem mikor a napokban a törött kezemmel ott jártam nem csak a betegirányító pultnál a beteg irányító hölgyek, hamem a sebészeten is a sebész orvos is arogánsak az ott dolgozó orvodok mind! Nagyon bunkók és lekezelőek ott az orvosok a Kapás utcai rendelő Intézetben. Ellentétben a János Kórház traumatológiáján mert ott nagyon kedvesek, figyelmesek szívélyesek voltak velem az orvosok!

I came to the clinic with an ear infection, I was lucky enough to get an appointment for the same day. The receptionist ladies were very kind each time, and so was the medical staff. The doctor who saw me was very knowledgeable and caring. I am extremely grateful to everyone for being patient as I tried my best communicating in Hungarian. While the upper levels of the clinic would benefit from a refurbishing, everything was clean and well kept. I can highly recommend this clinic.

Sometimes waiting queue is long but, other than that everything is great! Receptionists are kind and fast, doctors are kind and helpful. They work great despite of the circumstances

I can only agree with the positive reviews: they provide professional care with empathy and attention to detail. They care about the person too, not just the illness. A huge thank you to Dr Zita Osváth and the lady performing the Xray for their professional care and kindness.

Kind, professional, quick doctors and nurses. Everyone was more than helpful with me during Covid Pandemia even though I arrived with no connection with the virus, I went for a basic Laboratory. I am grateful for them and I respect their excellent work.
