We came in a couple + our toddler, with my wife bring pregnant, and the waitress didn't communicate well, we felt like we had to repeat things but then she'd react poorly, even a little obnoxiously. We asked if some of the dishes are pregnancy safe and she didn't know, so we asked her to check, so when she came back she was like "yeah" - so we asked again if she's sure about some particular dish and again she was impatient being like "yeah!!" (Like, "I told you so") but it felt like we couldn't take her word for it. Then we asked for pizza for the kid with extra olives and had some discussion whether green or black and asked if they had Kalamata olives so she went to check and came back saying they have "only green" - so we said great. By then she clearly asked another waitress, who spoke better English, to take our table instead cause it felt like it wasn't working well, especially cause we still couldn't understand which dish is pregnancy safe. The new waitress communicated well and gave us a couple of options. We still couldn't clearly tell which dishes are safe but went with something. Then when they bring the pizza it had black olives. So we complained that we asked for green

I wish I had the words to explain how terrible this experience was. Myself and a friend arrived at the restaurant and were greeted by a waitress. When we asked for a table for two, she rudely replied that she didn’t have time, while throwing a chair onto a table. It was a very uncomfortable start. When it came time to order, she came to our table twice within about five minutes telling us we were taking too long and that we needed to order. When we were finally ready, she told us we could only order pizza because they had a large group and that pasta would take two hours. When I asked to order a starter, the waitress replied dismissively with “if you want.” I understand that hospitality can be stressful and that staff can be tired, but honestly I would have preferred if they had simply told us from the beginning that they couldn’t take us. After ordering, we waited over an hour with no food. We asked for the bill multiple times before finally receiving it, and they even had the audacity to include a service charge. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable the entire time, and we were made to feel completely unwelcome. In the end, it felt like we paid simply to be treated badly

I always wanted to try Napolitano Pizza and I tried with my first Italian friends I probably tried the best one in Budapest. The service was quiet fast and the owner was really friendly looking guy. Their variety and quality with the price is a decent combo.
