Váltójavítás miatt vittem ide az autómat ( Csepi László ) és minden gördülékenyen ment! Korrekt ár, precíz munka, és még az alsó motorburkolatomat is megcsinálták! Ajánlom!

Általában vizsgáztatás miatt kerestem fel a szervízt ,mindig a megbeszélt időpontban végzik el a munkát . A mai nap hibakód leolvasásra jelentkeztem be hozzájuk, azonnal tudtak fogadni, rövid időn belül meg is oldották a problémát. Javíttatni biztos ide fogom hozni az autómat legközelebb is!

Az értékelésem a műhelynek szól elsősorban, ahova azért adtam le kényszerből az autót, mert Csepi Laci Vecsésen így tudta vállalni a váltóm felújítását. Majdnem két hetet voltam autó nélkül, pedig Csepi Laci 2 nap alatt végzett a váltóval. Persze a műhelytől egy telefont nem kaptam, hogy bocsi megcsúsztunk. A hab a tortán már csak az volt, amikor olyat számoltak fel a végén, amit nem kértem, és egy szót nem szóltak róla. Ami miatt viszont nem egy, és nem két csillagot adok, az Seres Laci szakértelme, hozzáállása, és kommunikációja. Vissza kellett ugyanis vinnem az autót olajfolyás miatt, és ahogy Laci kezelte a garanciális szervizt, az példaértékű volt. Folyamatosan tájékoztatott a dolgokról, és csak akkor adta vissza az autót, amíg a többedik hiba orvoslása után sikerült teljesen megjavítani. Őt bátran ajánlom mindenkinek.
