SERIOUS ISSUES, AVOID IF YOU CAN My experience here has been far below expectations, with several major problems that are hard to ignore. The rooms have noticeable dampness, and on top of that there are occasional insect issues, which makes the living conditions uncomfortable and unhygienic. Heating is another major concern—during colder months, the gas system simply doesn’t warm the rooms properly, making it difficult to live comfortably. The exterior of the building is poorly maintained, with little to no regular cleaning, which reflects the overall lack of care. The most disturbing part, however, is the management. Communication is difficult, the attitude is often disrespectful, and at times it feels like there is discriminatory behavior, which makes the environment even more unpleasant. While the location near Keleti might seem convenient, the area has a high number of homeless individuals, which can feel uncomfortable, especially at night. On top of everything, there is ongoing construction right in front of the building, causing constant noise, dust, and disruption. My visit here was truly disappointing, and I'm struggling to find much positive to say. The only good thing about this place is its location, which is very central and convenient. Beyond that, the experience was far below what I would expect. The entrance, which is supposed to be the first impression, is made of a cheap-looking plexiglass that completely ruins the aesthetic. Once inside, the place felt incredibly dirty and poorly maintained. I was shocked to even see cockroaches, which is absolutely unacceptable for any business. The lack of cleanliness and general neglect made me want to leave immediately. I can't recommend it, and it's a shame because a great location should be paired with a much higher standard.

We were staying here for a concert. The location is super, near the train station and the stadium. The host was super friendly and allowed extremely early check-in for us. The rooms are comfortable, everything was good 👍🏻

The apartment is located in an inner yard, which is under construction. From early in the morning till late afternoon a lot of noise. In the apartment the bed is on the gallery. Above the bed in a very low beem.I smashed my head several times.

Unfortunately, my stay at this apartment was far from comfortable. From the very first day, there was an unpleasant odor in the room, and on the second day, I spotted a cockroach over 5 cm long — which was extremely unpleasant and completely unacceptable in a living space. I also had serious doubts about the cleanliness of the bed linens, as they didn’t seem freshly washed. As a result, I requested a full refund, but only half of the second night’s cost was returned. I left the apartment with great relief. I do not recommend this place, especially to anyone who values cleanliness and hygiene.
