Időpont foglalása szerettem volna. Belépek, köszönök! Senki nincs a váróban! A "kalitkában" egy hölgy nézi a monitort (vagy mást) . Leteszem a kabátom, a táskával ki veszem a beutalót, majd a pukthoz lépek! Köszönök mégegyszet, válasz valami motyogás, majd hangosan közli, hogy csak e-beutalót fogadnak el! Mondom az is fent van a felhőben! Mondom az adataimat, név, születési adat, taj szám....matat.... Mondom időpontot szeretnék xy doktornőhöz, és amennyiben van a következő két hétben, ha nincs akkor 26 januárjában. Matat....majd olvas valamit...percek múlva közli: december 15-ig nincs időpont! Januárra pedig csak december 10.-étől lehet foglalni! Mondom azért jöttem személyesen most, hogy időpontot kérjek! Csak dec 10.-től lehet! ...? Nem néz rám, csak matat valamit a klaviaturán.... Majd online foglalok mondom. Elköszönök. Nem néz, nem válaszol, elbújik a pultban! 🤔 nem kértem, hogy szeressen, csak végezze a munkáját.....bár unottan nem lehet jól! Gratulálok IMS!

Like almost all the health system in Hungary, very bad . Rude and unprofessional. Shame of the health care in this country

Hirtelen, a semmiből jött erős szédüléses és fejfájasos rosszullét rám, mely 1 óra múltán sem nagyon akart csitulni, úgy éreztem forog velem a világ, ezért felhívtam a Vihar utcai ügyeletet. A telefonban a Hölgy akivel beszéltem kedves volt és ellátott tanácsokkal, majd jelezte ha nem csitul továbbra sem a szédülés menjek le és megvizsgálnak. Így is lett, késő este lett már mire le tudtam menni. Kikérdeztek, megvizsgáltak, konzultáltunk. Semmi lekezelést, semmi "hülyének nézést" nem éreztem, épp ellenkezőleg, még magam is meglepődtem a doktornő és asszisztense kedvességén. Olvasva itt a sok-sok negatív kommentet, valószínűleg orvosa válogatja, de akik engem elláttak, nagyon kedvesek voltak. Igaz nem volt épp senki a váróban, de egy bő 20 percet bent voltam. Köszönöm Dr. Várszegi Judit kedvességét!

Fast and easy email reservation, ladies at the reception talk in english on a decent level, doctors talk very good in english. Whole medical check for work from enter to leaving the building went in less than an hour. Everyone helpful and well mannered.
