They saved me! First day travelling in Budapest and my screen broke. They replaced it in five minutes and the phone works amazing. They are very kind and efficient. Highly recommend.

AVOID AT ANY COST. Absolute trash. Story: I had my screen broken and I went to this place because it was nearby and I was short of time. They claim to have the original screen for replacement but apparently it is not. Check the picture below. Since then my phone is very slow, it keeps shutting down at least once a day and the colors are too vivid. When I went back to ask about this, they said it needs to be synchronized and I should come in 4-5 days. I went back in a week and the answer is: the synchronizing machine will come in a few weeks. Also in the meantime the second person working there said the notification (in the picture) would just disappear in a couple of weeks which is clearly not right. Also they had the privacy screen in the price and they indeed put it on, but it is not properly placed and the size is different. Why I was feeling safe when I went there: because they have the same prices with other reliable shops such as iSamurai.

I took my phone to them to have the back replaced. The delay while waiting for additional parts was not their fault. However, I am giving 1 star and writing this review because they left the lightning port filled with glue and failed to put back one of the screws…… Naturally, I no longer trusted them and had to take the phone elsewhere to investigate the sound and charging issues that arose after its visit to Premium Service….
