I only come here to send parcels, but the experience is always positive. The staff are consistently kind, polite, and helpful. Even when it’s busy, they handle everything efficiently and with a good attitude. It’s really nice to have a parcel point where you’re treated with friendliness every time. Highly recommended for package drop offs.

Such a lovely place! I brought here a parcel to send with packets, and the people who helped me here to receive the parcel were very lovely and kind! Also, the place is decorated very beautifully and give such great vibes. The selection of goods are also quite great as you can find everything here

As a pickup Packeta point this place doesn’t observe its working hours. It’s supposed to be working till 17:00 but at 16:55 the lights were already out and it said closed.

Attached, my receipt to verify that I am a real buyer. I went through the store 3 times: The first time everything was good. The 2nd time this morning, I bought various products and some leads for my mechanical pencil. The lady was pleasant. However when I returned home, I found that the leads that the saleswoman sold me after asking her for advice by showing her my mechanical pencil were too thin. I needed 0.7mm leads and she sold me 0.5mm leads. Unusable. I thought I could come back later and get an exchange. I put the lead back in its box and go back to the store. I came back to the store but the lady wasn't there but in her place there is the man whom I had seen 3 weeks before. I explain the situation to him calmly and politely. I also take out my technical pencil for him so that he can see the mistake. He takes it from my hands without protective gloves and handles it while we are in a pandemic period and I could have done it myself. He never apologized for the fact that I was sold unsuitable leads. Then he takes the mines out of their box and counts them a part one and tells me that there are 3. It is a box of 12 and it is missing 3, so there are only 9. I obviously
