I highly recommend this clinic! We brought our little one for a blood test, and the staff were incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. They took their time, built trust with our child, and made the experience as stress-free as possible. The playroom is spacious and lovely, and everything was done on time according to our appointment.

Rushed to the clinic for my 11:30 appointment only to learn that there will be 2,5h delay! Nobody cared to give me a call, they don’t respect their customer’s time AT ALL! The receptionist said they always have delays and their customers basically allocate the whope day, like whaat?? It’s normal for them. Honestly beyond dissaointed. How can you get a 2.5hour delay still in the morning???

I've got a prenatal care package at this clinic. The stuff was friendly and helpful. The doctors are professionals, and they always gave us answers. The only thing that should be reconsidered is the check-in process. Sometimes, all that paperwork takes too much time.

The Center is located in a very tastefully furnished building dominated by red and white. It offers not only a wide range of genetic tests to would-be parents and children, but has several other departments staffed by outstanding experts. Arranging appointments is very easy, and there is almost no waiting time. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

UNRELIABLE clinic. I've called the clinic setup an appointment. I was told by the receptionist - Henriet Lucats - they will call back, when can I come in for my first ever visit to the Gendiagnosztikai centrum. I was waiting for the call, assume this is a simple task to do, but they never called... When I called the clinic again to confirm; do I have an appointment or not due to my tight schedule, I was lectured by some receptionist again, I need to be patience and wait until a nurse will call me to set up an appointment! The receptionist tone was so repulse and disgusting towards me, I will take my money somewhere else. Despite all the joking effort, Hungary getting closer to the Balkan states.
