The staff was friendly and the service overall was good, which made for a pleasant atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the miso soup, spring rolls, some shrimps and ice cream — those were definitely the highlights of the meal. However, the overall experience didn’t quite meet expectations when it comes to quality. Several dishes seemed not freshly prepared; the maki was unexpectedly warm, while other items that should have been served hot arrived cold. This inconsistency took away from the dining experience. While there are a few tasty options on the menu, I wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend it for a high-quality dinner.

We’ve been here, and I can confidently say this is the best place in Europe where you can enjoy an incredible variety of food. We travel a lot and have visited many different countries. Today we chose this place and were absolutely impressed. The staff are some of the kindest people we’ve met. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the interior is beautiful. I truly believe that the negative reviews here are written by competitors

Was there for lunch AYCE option as a group of four. The place itself was really pretty and comfortable and the staff was helpful when we needed help. Most importantly sushi was the best we've eaten so far (given we didn't eat much prior to this experience). It had good fish to rice ratio and was fresh. Loved mochi as well.

Had an “all you can eat” from there on a Monday lunchtime. Inside is nice, it’s decorative and has a nice feel to it. Service was pleasant and the food came quickly (but it wasn’t busy). The quality of the food was ok. Some better than others. I liked the unagi and the tempura. The filled seabass nigiri was also good. It’s good value.
