Very unprofessional customer service! Sent them few emails to inquire about parts replacement for my car and never got an answer… Also 2 years ago took it for an annual service and turned out next year when i had to do another annual service at another volvo garage that the A/C filter was taken out and never replaced with new, so my car havent had A/C filter for a year until noticed on next annual service when my AC didnt work properly…avoid them by any means if you care about your car!!!

On 2024-12-20, I drove 12 hours from Bucharest, Romania to this service point in Budapest, Hungary for the 20.000 maintenance of my POLESTAR 2 for which I made an appointment 1 month in advance. My vehicle was taken for maintenance at 09:30, I was asked if I had any complaints with the vehicle other than the maintenance and I told them that the car alarm was going off during the day for no reason and that the left driver's door could not be opened without a key. My vehicle stayed there for 3 hours and was delivered to me only with a software update and without fix any other complaints. My vehicle does not work now because the V12 battery is dead. Were the battery values not checked when my vehicle was checked during maintenance? It has only been 2 weeks. I am now in Romania and I cannot use my car. I do not recommend this service that does nothing but travel 12 hours and update the software and the weak Polestar company that authorizes this service to anyone. Polestar is regret. Very kind and helpful staff. Had the chance to test ride a similar bike which we were about to buy. Good discount on accessories if you buy them together with the bike. (Kawasaki)
