I’ve been a customer of Jazmin for a long time now, and I used to really enjoy shopping here. Unfortunately, this was my last time. There is an older staff member (lady with short black hair) who regularly raises her voice, either at other employees or sometimes even at customers. I’ve personally experienced being snapped at JUST FOR ASKING WHERE CERTAIN ITEMS WERE LOCATED!!!!!!!! I truly hope the management looks into this, because the store itself is great — but the customer service has become very disappointing.

Wide variety of different goods starting with shoes and clothes and ending with knitting tools etc. Very reasonable prices. The shop has three floors, but keep in mind there’s no elevator or ramp, only stairs.

some scammers working there! Be careful! The old woman, knowing I don't speak Hungarian, added a 2990huf "gift" item to my bill. Also, the prices on the items are different when you pay for them! Better check 10 time before you leave the counter!
