This place was great, very enjoyable to eat at. The service was very friendly and helpful advice for gluten-free diet. The gluten-free pizza was amazing and the chef's choice of fish was yummy. Thoroughly recommend it for an amazing gluten-free pizza variety!

Joe Bacsi was our first stop after a 22h flight half way across the world. We were exhausted, sleepy and our mouths were dry from the long flights and all we wanted was some homey warm food and a place that can deal with our strict allergies. We didn't have high expectations as their Google results didn't talk about gluten free options. But man, they truly delivered. Benze (hope got your name right buddy) was amazing dealing with our order. They prepared special gluten free appetisers for us from gluten free pizza base, prepared fish and pizza and made us the most beautiful drinks. They topped that with a fantastic gluten free desert from tapioca and fruits that was fresh and refreshing. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

Very cozy, nice, more-or-less fusion restaurant. I'm a fool for goulash, so I went with something similar to babgulyás, but their offer ranges from Ramen to burgers, from traditional Hungarian to international. We went there as a group of more than 20, each having different kinds of food, all were delicious, portions generous. Service is prompt, with a smile and with recommendations, if asked. Prices are decent, in line with Budapest, atmosphere is cozy, friendly.

Indulge in the flavors of Hungary at this charming restaurant. The bean soup with hand-made dumplings and sausage is a hearty delight, bursting with rich flavors and comforting textures. Equally impressive is the tripe stew, a traditional dish showcasing the culinary heritage of Hungary with its robust and savory taste. Each bite is a journey through Hungarian cuisine, leaving a lasting impression. With its authentic dishes and warm ambiance, this restaurant is a must-visit for those craving a taste of Hungary's culinary traditions.

Crowded on a Sunday like most family friendly restaurants in town. Had a reservation but most guests came within the same half an hour so i guess the kitchen could not catch up with the continuous orders so we ended up waiting almost one hour for the soup. The portions are big but the taste is not that great, quite average, presentation is more appealing than the actual flavor. Service was kind and accurate though. The prince range is higher than i expected at this suburban part of the city, fir the same price there are many better options around. Good for one occasion but most likely we will not return.
