I visited this bistro with a group of friends this evening, and while the location is genuinely a strong advantage, situated right next to the M4 metro and in a beautiful Bikás park, the service unfortunately failed to meet even basic expectations. When we arrived, we waited at the counter to place an order. I even asked in Hungarian to clarify, in case there was a language barrier, but the bartender told us we had to sit at a table instead. After sitting down, we waited an unreasonably long time before anyone acknowledged us, brought menus, or asked for our drinks. The place was not particularly busy, which made us wonder whether there might be an issue with the work system or attitude of service. I ordered a small beer for myself. My friends order large beers for themselves, but when the drinks arrived, they were all the same size. This already created confusion. When it came time to pay, my beer was charged correctly as small, but my friends were charged for large beers. When we asked the staff to clarify whether we had been served small or large beers, even this simple question could not be answered clearly. Had a birthday celebration at Jónás Craft Beer House. It was just perfect. Loved the atmosphere, view of the little lake, attentiveness of the staff. Thank you for a great experience!

We visited Jónás near Bikás Park, just a few steps from the metro. The place is spacious, with plenty of tables both inside and outside. We sat outside, and with good weather it was really pleasant. The menu is good, the prices are fair, and the drink selection is also solid. If you’re in the area and looking for a nice spot to sit down, I’d recommend it.

Child friendly place We had our 2 under 2 sons with us and it was the perfect place. Managed to find a table outside so could park the pram and had some shade under the trees. They have high chairs as well which was a bonus. Massive portions and good flavours, well worth the money. The staff was excellent too. No nappy changing facilities but managed to sort them in the toilet.

Friendly, comfortable and clean venue with a welcoming service. The craft beer selection was excellent, well curated and with interesting beers. There are plenty of cans as well to increase the range further.
