waited half an hour before leaving, while 3 of their desks have 0 client. whats the purpose of making an appointment if you just gonna leave me stranded there?

As a K&H Premium account holder, I expected a higher level of service — especially in an international city like Budapest. I booked an appointment through their system and clearly described my issue in English. At no point was I informed that no English-speaking staff would be available. When I arrived, the staff were not welcoming. The woman I dealt with was impolite and dismissive, and showed no effort to help me despite my account status. I left without any solution, and it was truly the worst customer service experience I’ve had in Budapest. If you’re a foreigner or expect respectful treatment as a premium client, I would strongly reconsider banking with K&H.

Long waiting times even if you are a premium customer, staff just sitting arround chatting to each other and absolutely not helpful . Only one cashier working all the rest is useless.

Terrible. Incompetent staff. 2PM and nobody working on a specific queue.This is my second personal visit after 4 months of waiting they gave me a card which was blocked. Pathetic. Satiric :)
