Having my insurance at K&H Hungary as an English speaking person is next to impossible - will look for another insuarance company now. My car insurance is up for renewal and despite having had no damageg and therefor not used the insurance during the last year, K&H increased my annual payment with 10%. I call the to ask why and to try to get a better offer (please note that I am also a customer in K&H Bank for both my private business and my company). I press 9 for English language and the in a que for more than 11 minutes. When someone finally answers my call, the person in the other end does not speak English, and therefore I am not able to get any help. When a customer press 9 for English, why do you have non English speaking employees answering the call?!?!?

The waitress gave the menu to us and to the table next to us and took the order only the next table and ignored is in any possible way. It's was rude...

Very slow, overcomplicated administration. I spent like 12hours with the papers and administraion, then finally they didn't pay for the insurance. Terrible experience, I cannot recommend!

Low level service, very long throughput time. Understaffed. They try to help, and are polite, but they are so understaffed they can not

All processes are overcomplicated, not professional at all, they just wanna be, moreover they cannot give accurate and prompt solution for the problems. (IN THE CENTER of the K&H insurance company) They're not loyal to their customers, involveing a third party (Magyar Posta) to send information (unnecessarily), and they send only useless information and commercial via email or by phone. You must "pray" to get back your money, that they were using for months without any contract with you. They do not admit anything, blaming you all the time, even so, if you admited your fault and even though you accept the extra justifiable "penalty fee". I will never get in contact with K&H Bank&Insurance, they are not recommended by me, not reliable at all. I am very disappointed, and dissatisfied with them (our relation took 3 years) never ever. :(
