Szeretnénk őszinte köszönetünket kifejezni a Kartago Tours Kelet-Krétai, Kokkini Haniban dolgozó legfiatalabb idegenvezetője felé. Már tavaly is volt szerencsénk megismerni, ezért idén is nagyon örültünk, hogy ismét hozzá fordulhattunk. Már az utazás előtt felvette velünk a kapcsolatot, minden fontos tudnivalóról tájékoztatott, felkészített bennünket arra, hogy mire számíthatunk, és a fakultatív programokkal kapcsolatban is minden kérdésünkre készségesen válaszolt. A nyaralás teljes időtartama alatt végig számíthattunk rá. Kedves, türelmes, segítőkész és rendkívül lelkiismeretes volt. Bármilyen kérdéssel vagy kéréssel fordultunk hozzá, mindig mosolyogva segített, és minden problémánkra gyors megoldást talált. A hazautazás megszervezésében is sokat segített, így az is teljesen gondtalanul zajlott. Igazán ritka, hogy valaki ennyire elhivatottan, szívvel-lélekkel végezze a munkáját. Mindig mosolygós, kedves, figyelmes, és már az első pillanattól azt éreztük, hogy valóban fontos számára az utasok kényelme és elégedettsége. Nagyon jó érzés volt, hogy ismét vele találkozhattunk, és biztosak vagyunk benne, hogy még sok utas nyaralását teszi ugyanilyen emlékezetessé. A Kartago Tours ig

I’m absolutely beyond disbelief at what’s happening. We had to get to the airport by 10:30 p.m. and finally arrived at the hotel by 7 a.m., only to find out that check-in isn’t allowed until 2 p.m. This is by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had in my life. If I could give a negative 100 stars, I absolutely would. I was looking forward to a few hours of sleep before starting my vacation, but instead, I’m being forced to sit in the lobby for another 7 hours. Completely unacceptable — do NOT use this company!
