The ladies at the counter does not want to help you. They pretend not to understand English and does not answer your questions and being rude.

Very good service, Henrietta at customer point 27 and Wars Rolui, the young security guard who translated, worked hard to make our journey possible. Thank you both very much. We can't understand the bad ratings our experience is completely different.

Extremely rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. What a bad experience. Sold us train tickets that only starts at the border control. Will never come to this country again. Angry people that just do not want to help.

I went there with a reservation for DB train. I just needed to purchase my tickets with the reserved seets I have paid for. The person on the till however, did not have a clue what was supposed to happen, rudely interrupted me twice while I am trying to explain, and ended up selling me tickets with seets, not the ones I have previously paid for. He was talking some irrelevant things and was rude. Bad experience at this station.
