Recently bought a helmet at Kelomotor. For some unknown reason, when I was riding in rain or washed the face-shield, water appears in between the shield and the pin-lock. After some experiment I figured out that there was a tiny crack on the shield, hidden when having the pin-lock on. Taking it back to the shop, they changed it without a word. From then on, I had no issue with water. If I think about how a bike-shop should look like, it would be like this one. Helpful, experienced people are there to help you.
