Annához visszatérő derék es csípő fájdalommal érkeztem. Már az első alkalom az állapotfelmérés után éreztem hogy jó helyen járok. Szakmai tudása hatalmas, érthetően magyaráz. A kezelések mellett otthoni gyakorlatokat js ad, amiket személyre szabottan az aktuális állapothoz igazít. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom :)

Annát Achilles-ín szakadás utáni rehabilitációm kapcsán kerestem fel. Már az első alkalomtól kezdve rendkívül magas szakmai felkészültséget és emberi odafigyelést tapasztaltam. Ennek köszönhetően a közös munka nemcsak nagyon hasznos és eredményes, hanem kifejezetten jó hangulatú is.😊

Ajánlás útján kerültem Annához térdfájdalommal, egy személyes állapotfelmérés után elvállalta az online együttműködést (távolság miatt máshogy nem működött volna!) Anna szaktudása és szakma iránti szeretete azonnal átjött, bármi kérdésem volt mindent nagyon alaposan és érthetően elmagyarázott, mindig jókedvű és pozitív volt a kezelések alatt. 6 alkalom (és a napi házi feladatok) hatására rengeteget fejlődött az állapotom, most már csak be kell tartanom Anna tanácsait a jövőre nézve is! :)

I started going to Anna because my lower back was in terrible shape. Sitting all day and dealing with constant little injuries became a real problem. Since I’ve been seeing her, I haven’t had a single issue— I can sit through a three-hour movie without a problem, and I don’t start my mornings feeling like I need a cane. She’s also helped with my workouts, giving me the tools to handle any issues on my own. My only regret is that I didn’t start seeing her sooner.
