Kisállathotel

Left my hamster in their care multiple times already, 2 and 3 weeks at a time. Only had to bring the hamster with the food, cage was already provided (300ft extra per day which is very fair price). I also got the photo update in mid of my holiday, I was glad to see he was in good care! The onboarding as well as picking up my pet was very simple and quick, no hassle. I like the idea that I can either pay up front or after the boarding. Also one of the ladies at the shop speaks English which was super helpful! The ladies working there are very kind and do seem to remember me and my little guy. Didn't have any issues and the hamster was always returned in good health and well. I am glad I have one place that I can trust with my little fella while I am away, I will be using this service in the future as well!

They took good care of my bearded dragon while I was abroad. Information provided on their website is accurate. I can wholeheartedly recommend the place.

I highly recommend this hotel for small animals! We left our bunny here for 10 days while traveling, and we were very satisfied. The registration process is super easy and simple—you just fill out a form on the website and drop off your pet at your convenience. They are located not far away from the city park, it’s a convenient location. The hotel has many pets, and we immediately felt confident that our bunny was in good hands. Throughout the stay, we received daily pictures of our bunny - this helped us to be sure that he was doing well. Great service—we will definitely come back!
