Today, I finally received my wedding dress after a week-long delay, only to find that it has been horribly altered. As you can see in the attached photo, the upper half, which was supposed to be tailored snugly, has been sewn poorly, resulting in an odd fit in the lower half. What's frustrating is that it's not even as tight as I requested it to be. To make matters worse, there are even pen marks on the dress. I'm incredibly disappointed with this experience and would rate them zero stars if I could.
