Senkinek nem ajánlom. Etikátlan szemléletű tulajdonos, pofátlan, flegma ügyfélkezelési stílus és hanyag munkát végző csapat. A járművet pedig hetekig nem adják vissza megjavítva. Miután jól lerántott a tulaj közel félmillió Ft-tal - a magas munkaóraszámra hivatkozva - úgy, hogy a szerelés alpját képező alkatrész fődarabot én kutattam fel és vásároltam meg nekik még közel 100ezer Ft-ért, a kocsi átvétele után 2 héttel ugyanazzal a szerkezeti hibával más szerelőhöz kellett fordulnom, aki az ő szar munkájukat kijavította. Lehet, hogy valamikor egy korrekt és minőségi munkát végző szervíz volt, de ma már ez biztosan nem mondható el róluk. Javaslom, hogy kerüljétek el ezt a helyet, ha nem akartok jól megkopasztva és átverve egy tartósan kellemetlen élménnyel gazdagodni.

Senkinek nem ajánlom, hogy ide vigye az autóját. Döbbenetesen sok ideig volt náluk az autónk, majd a munkalapon mindössze 4 munkaóra volt feltüntetve. Az állítólag elvégzett javításról pedig hamarosan kiderült, hogy teljes kamu, szinte semmit nem csináltak meg abból, amit kellett volna, illetve aminek a díját felszámolták. A fő problémát pedig konkrétan észre sem vették...

Pénteki napon sürgősen kellett hibát megállapítani, illetve javítani. Máshol még a következő héten sem vállalták a gk.t. Bár náluk is sok munka volt, segítő szándékkal felajánlották a hibamegállapítást. Mivel valóban azonnali javításra volt szükség, megrendelték alkatrészt és valamikor szoritanak időt és cserélik . Autó maradt és kb. három óra múlva mehettünk érte.😄

Több éve ide visszük az autóinkat, akár kisebb, akár nagyobb problémáról legyen szó. Elég problémás ügyfelek vagyunk, mert az autó a munkaeszközünk, így már az első gondra reagálva már hívjuk is Őket, nehogy nagyobb legyen a baj... :) Kedves hozzáállás, korrekt és gyors javítás. Profi vezetés, profi csapattal. Köszönünk mindent!
