Attention all non-Hungarian speakers, especially English speakers. One star is the lower limit of the website, not the lower limit of my rating of this clinic. At first I couldn't understand why there were so many one-star reviews, but I just found the clinic's response to the parents who commented on it to be eerily sarcastic and arrogant, which I understand stems from their confidence in their own "quality" of service. I had the audacity to make an appointment on the principle that anything is acceptable as long as it's good for the child. But after my personal experience, I think all the one star parents have no problem. First of all, the appointment system terrible,they charge you 2890Ft for the appointment first, then they ask you to fill out the appointment form, they ask for a note from their clinic doctor or a referral from another doctor, why not fill out the form first and then confirm the time, then charge later? And this is a far cry from the no referrals advertised on the website. Secondly I was informed that they had canceled my appointment because I didn't have a Hungarian English translator. And I immediately replied that I could bring an interpreter along and that

I used the blood test services with my 1 year old boy. Beforehand we had a traumatic experience with unsuccessful result at a public hospital so I decided to go & try this one. It was the best decision I made. Superb experience, professional nurses took the blood test from my son. Result was in my inbox the next day. The surgery itself is in a calm, friendly environment, with lots of toys. I love the whole concept this Kroki private hospital (surgery) represents. Definitely 5 stars.

This clinic is the most unprofessional place in Budapest. Rude and aggressive to children. Don't bring your child here.
