Since December 2023, we have been coming here for almost two and a half years now. Looking back on this time, I’m truly grateful for all the care, support, and kindness everyone here has given to Jelly. At the beginning, Jelly had serious stomach issues. We visited several hospitals and clinics, but none of them were able to truly solve the problem. He was very skinny at that time, and we were really worried about him. Later, Szilvi recommended a hospital, and after around six months of treatment and care, Jelly has now become healthy and strong. During that period, Jelly had to take many medications, and until the beginning of this year, he also needed to be fed four times a day. This was not an easy routine, but the staff always took care of him with incredible patience, responsibility, and attention. What touched me the most was that there were a few times when I had to go to the emergency room, and Szilvi and the team helped me far beyond what anyone would normally expect. They even helped pick up my house key, took Jelly to daycare, and cared for him until I was discharged from the hospital. Nice place to leave your dog during holidays as there are many places where dogs are not allowed in Budapest. Price is really ok, for 4 days I paid around 60 euros. But the catch is, even if you bring the dog at evening 5pm or 17:00 clock, it is counted as full day. You can discuss as much as you want, but they would only say every day is counted. :) So at the best, it would be better, you bring your dog in the morning and pick him up in evening.

Glad it goes well for others, however I had a seriously bad experience. My dog had to take some medicine, painkiller. When I took her back, I asked for the med and I saw it was still full, so NO medicine was given 😱😱😱😱 This is VERY serious. I still don't know why it was not given. I did not receive the phone call as I was told when i took her back, no response from my message on WhatsApp. I took her on 5th of July, I wrote on WhatsApp on 9th to give time, but until today 15th no explanation why NO MEDICINE was given. Ok my dog behaves like nothing is wrong, no pain etc...maybe it was not serious as it could be, but that is not the point, regardless the problem, a dog has to take some medicine, you need to give. The cherry on the cake was the way I was asked to quickly pay. No sorry, just how many days and 18k to pay. The website that I checked when I dropped my dog said 5k per day and still says 5k as per today, so I was surprised and said it's 5k, I was told price is up. Ok but your website is then incorrect, I wanted to show on my phone, but was told just put the card to pay, disregarding my goodwill to show where I saw the price. Only wanted me to pay. We have been using Top-Pancs for almost a year now and love it. Our dog Hamish always has such a great time, and is so happy to go. We have also had our dog stay overnight with the carers when we were away many times and they are like a second family to him. We always get such great updates in the day from the day care, including videos and photos. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, quality, convenient dog day care!
