Hotel is reasonably priced, at good location. Rooms and Washroom were clean. Bed was comfortable and nice. However the main desk staff was not so great, during checkin the lady bit rude. And during checkout a different lady, she charged us 10EUR for checking out last by 45 mins. They never informed us any charged if we get late during checkout and we will be charged, even when we communicated that we will be bit late to checkout. Overall okay, but staff and communication could be better.

We stayed five nights at KVIhotel Budapest, and it was a great experience. The hotel is very innovative; it is entirely paperless, and you use your smartphone for everything—from room access to controlling the temperature. • Atmosphere: The combined front desk, bar, and lobby area feels very cozy. The mirror wall where guests can leave messages is a nice touch that completes the vibe. • Service: Because of the app-based check-in and room access, there is very little interaction with staff. However, the room was cleaned thoroughly every day. • Room: The rooms are simple, functional, and clean, with plenty of space to organize your belongings. • Price: We found the pricing to be very reasonable for the quality provided. • Location: Most of the city's "must-see" cultural sites are within walking distance from the hotel. Overall, we found the hotel to be very comfortable. It is definitely a "must-stay" if you are looking for a modern experience in Budapest!

A nice hotel that is stylish and high tech but sometimes the tech doesn't work. Our app never worked to open the door. Fill out the information for yourself in the app before you get there to save you some time. It's in a good location and looks modern. There are some areas that need to be repaired. The free sparkling water dispenser in the foyer was terrific. They have an excellent luggage storage system for early or late check in outs. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's not far from a small market and grocery stores along with some restaurants.
