Reception ladies are absolutely friendly and helpful attitude. I will definitely turn back this clinic. I can't recommend enough!

During a recent blood draw, I was sat on a chair with no armrest to support my arm. The young woman without a uniform, moved the needle while it was still inserted, causing a sharp pain. However, she did apologize. She told me to hold the gauze for two minutes (which I did), and I ended up with a huge bruise as seen in these photos. While I do understand some bruising is normal, this was unusual for me. I am concerned that proper technique may not have been followed during this visit. I recommend a retraining of staff to help prevent similar outcomes for other patients.

Reception were very helpful and friendly and were happy to speak English with me. I saw Dr Hera Anna who was great - professional, friendly, informative and caring. I highly recommend!

My first visit at the L33, with Dr Héra Anna. The whole team is very friendly, polite and professional. We discussed my relevant medical history with the doctor and the current reason of my visit. The she explained what the examination will be and exactly what will happen which immediately did put my mind at ease. I'm always nervous when visiting any doctor,but with doctor Anna, I felt I'm having a chat with a friend :D Definitely worth the money as well, I will be going back for regular check-ups.
