Ever worst restaurant experience. We do not recommend this place. We went to the restaurant in person and had to wait for over an hour as they gave phone/online orders priority over present customers. The food was dry and room temperature. We were told that there was not sufficient time to order dessert or coffee as they were near to closing by the time we gulped down the meals. Reply to your answer: Dear La Guna Management Definitely we were at the bottom of the Munkásotthon. I paid $105.44 (NZD) on that day. There were five of us. And all five of us had issues with the food. The same blond girl behind the bar in the evening was also there when I went back a couple days later to complain. At that time I talked to a male staff. I was offered takeaway vouchers as compensation, which couldn't help my situation as I am not living in Hungary/Csepel. I explained to them. They said nothing else can be done. Then I said that I will make reviews about my experience on Google and Facebook and the man shrugged his shoulders. We ate at La Guna Árpád St 1 on 20/12/23. My review is late, but definitely happened and made a negative impression on all five of us.

I was surprised by the quality of the food, and the amazing service. The server was very attentive and helpful. Will definitely eat here again!

This was our favourite restaurant where we regularly went, sadly today we learned they no longer allow dogs so this no longer is a pet friendly place which is a shame. So disappointing. We are not going back. They don’t appreciate loyal, regular customers. The restaurant manager was just rude.
