Már kétszer utaztunk a Last Call utazási irodával, minden tökéletes volt. Jövőre is velük fogunk utazni. IdénTörökországban voltunk, az ottani iroda idegenvezetője is nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Köszönjük a Last Call csapatának.

Rémálom ... minden rossz, ami történhet egy külföldi út során megtörtént, a Panaszlevélre olyasféle választ kaptam, hogy ez mind ' normális ', egy utazás rész és ugyan a problémák megoldódtak, akkor mi itt a baj???, még Én éreztem magam kellemetlenül, hogy panasszal mertem élni. Az út olyan volt amilyen, DE!!! fájó, hogy el ill. beismerés nem történt az iroda részéről a több probléma felmerülése kapcsán sem .... a tipikus sablon válaszok és kifogások voltak amik megdöbbentettek leginkább, az együttérzés hiánya valamint a közös kompromisszum megtalálásának lehetősége fel sem merült. Ügyintéző: Adrienn Kotmajer Soha többet nem fogok az iroda nyújtotta utazási lehetőséggel élni, még ha olcsóbb is mint a többi iroda.

Minden elismerésem az utazási iroda elött! Most érkeztünk meg első repülős török nyaralásunkrol. Minden tökéletesen le volt szervezve,csak így tovább! Jó találkozni ilyen cégekel mai rohanó világunkban!
