Időpontkérés miatt telefonáltam a szalonba. Többször is próbáltam hívni őket, ami eleinte sikertelen volt – mivel éppen olyan helyen tartózkodtam, ahol gyenge a térerő, azt feltételeztem, hogy ez okozza a problémát. Amikor végül sikerült elérnem a szalont, a hölgy, aki felvette a telefont, sajnos lekezelő és megalázó hangnemben kommunikált velem. Úgy gondolom, hogy egy szolgáltató részéről ez a hozzáállás nem elfogadható, és nem tükröz professzionális ügyfélkezelést.

Nagyon jó női energiák,jó hangulat fogad mindig a szalonban. Kati meg mindig tudja, hogyan nyúljon a hajamhoz. A végeredményben még sosem csalódtam. Ajánlom mindenkinek!
