This hotel has excellent facilities including a small pool and spa. Everything is spotlessly clean and the staff are very helpful. There is a bus stop just outside the door that will connect you to anywhere in the city.

The hotel is located in a very pleasant area, and guests can swim in the pool overlooking the beautiful cathedral. We had a great time; the room was cozy, the staff was very friendly, and the food was delicious. I hope to visit again.

The personnel at the reception was very rude. When we tried to book a massage, firstly the personnel misled us by saying booking is not necessary. When we wanted a massage, we learned that we need pre-booking from another personnel. When we went to the massage room, we learned that the massage was booked for only 1 person. We tolerated this mistake tried to find a solution and accepted the offer of 45 minute massage for each person in row, instead of 60 minutes simultaneously. When we went back to the reception, the lady aggressively argued that when we said “we” (as 2 people talking to her about booking a massage) want to book massage, it did not mean 2 people. We told her that we never said 1 person, besides, if it was for 1 person, then the conversation would go like “ I want” or “he wants”, not we. At first they wanted to charge us as if we took 120 minutes session, when we rejected they offered another price. She did not take responsibility for her mistake, and offerings of different prices was very unprofessional and diminished our trust. Then, she tried to normalize this by “this is holiday, pay this price” turning it into a budgetary issue instead of her taking responsibi
