I needed some slides for a visit to the spa and came across Lion sports. A very helpful gentleman served me and I walked away with possibly the most comfortable Adidas slides I gave ever worn.

We are from Australia and visited in 2016. I purchased a current Hungarian football shirt and a vintage style Puskas shirt honouring my Dad. I was fortunate to return in July 2025, this time with my son, and bought him his own Hungarian football shirt. He wears it with pride! You have a great store, with so much variety and great customer service. Thank you!

I have bought a few jerseys from them. They are great quality and well priced. On my last visit they did not have the jersey I wanted but one of the staff (Laszlo) explained to me why it wasn't available. We then had a good chat for an hour about Hungarian history. I look forward to visiting the shop again.

A heaven for football fans! They had jerseys (retro and new) from almost every country and major clubs from all around the world! The man was very knowledgeable and passionate. I had to buy the Hungary jersey which was sold out in adidas. Highly recommend if you’re in Budapest and need a cool jersey in the hot summer!

Found this place thanks to the Libero Football guide. If you’re after a Ferencváros football shirt or, indeed, one from Bhutan, the place to find both is in Lion's Sport. This one-stop shop sits between Keleti train station and the main transport hub of Blaha Lujza tér, a five-minute walk from the busy, bar-lined Nagykörút. Super friendly Peter is there to help. The Hungarian range is really good and snaffled a Fradi away top at good price.
