We've done almost 100 escape rooms all over the world, but this experience was by far the worst ever! The advertising promises best in class escape rooms, but compared to other companies in budapest this simply isnt worth the money. Pieces of broken mirror (which was used as decoration) were just left in the corner of the room. You need cables to unlock doors, the whole wiring looks really dangerous, often there is just explanaition in hungarian. You get a printed "guidebook" for the room. There are no walkys for communication. You have to wave (!) into the cams. But theres only one (!) host, who also needs to reset rooms, welcome new guests, and give intros. So its no wonder that we've been waving for almost 5mins and nobody reacted and helped us. To be honest, it was the first room ever where we thought about aborting the experience begore finishing and just leave. We didn't escape in time, but we survived! The whole cellar really smelled bad, the decoration was poorly printed stuff just pinned at the walls. Tech did not work half of the time. Not to mention that they're using labels of well known films and companies for huge advertisings - i assume without their permission.

It is clear that very little money is being invested in the place. Dirty, dingy and not in good condition. We did the wizard room but two of the clues (the bottles and the chair) didn’t work properly and we had to ask for help then guess the answer. I see a review from a month ago that says the same problem so obviously there is little interest in responding to feedback. There was a lot of dust and the translations were quite poor too. A shame because it has potential to be good and the girl on the front desk was very nice.

We've been to 20+ escape rooms - and this was unfortunately the worst. We had the magic room - three people - and the room was dirty! On top of that the translation was soooo bad it was difficult to understand the instructions. We had to give up at points - and even just look at where the marks on the walls let us to. To me it seemed like there wasn't even an emergency escape. Please CLEAN UP the place and get a NATIVE speaker to translate your material...
