I am a patient for Dr. Bukna Ildiko since 17 years, and my kid since 12 years. I am incredible thankful for her and all of her collagues at Love Your Smile for their super kind, patient and also super professional behavior. As i am one of the most afraid from dentist type of customer, they put a lot effort to provide safety and calm environment, and i always left after treatment with a smile and relief, as it's in the end a very nice experience to be around they, and enjoy their kindness. I only can recommend they, as the best of dentistry! 🙏❤️

I’ve been Ildikó’s patient for over 16 years. She’s the kindest, most gentle dentist I’ve ever met. + Everyone is helpful at the clinic. + Ildikó is the tooth fairy herself. 🧚🏻‍♀️ (She’s great with kids.) Highly recommend this place!

I am disappointed with the service I received at Love Your Smile clinic. My experience with this clinic was marked by significant issues with appointment management and scheduling, as well as a complete lack of satisfactory customer service. First and foremost, my last scheduling appointment with this clinic was managed badly. I arrived for my appointment early, only to be told to come back 2 hours later. This not only wasted my time but also left me feeling incredibly frustrated and inconvenienced. Furthermore, the level of customer service was poor. The staff seemed disinterested and indifferent to my concerns. Additionally, when I attempted to address the scheduling issues with the receptionist, I was met with dismissiveness and a complete lack of empathy. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I would advise against entrusting your dental care to this establishment. The combination of poor appointment management and subpar customer service makes it clear that this clinic does not prioritize the well-being or satisfaction of its patients.
