A kedves eladó hölgyet sikerült ma megsértenem azzal hogy megzavartam a beszélgetésben a barátjával , mikor odamentem hozza segítséget kérni mert egy konkrét könyvet kerestem. Fintorogva odajött velem egy konyvespolchoz , kinevetett,majd a kezembe nyomott kettő könyvet hogy ez az?Idom se volt megnézni hogy az e az ,már rohant is vissza a beszélgetőpartnerehez. Ez úton is szeretnek elnézést kérni a hölgytől és a haverjatol hogy megzavartam őket, remelem azóta sikerült mindent is megbeszélni! Vásárlással már nem akartam zavarni a továbbiakban! Vásárolni szerettünk volna , nem gondolom hogy ez a viselkedés rendben van a vevővel szemben.

Igen nagy a választék, készleten voltak más boltokban nem kapható könyvek. Az eladók profik, hozzáértők, segítőkészek voltak.

Mai nap folyamán be mentem könyvet vásárolni. Eladok szakszerű hozzáértéssel segítettek nekem. Fiatal hölgy segítet nekem hogy hol keresem és milyen ezoterikus könyvek vannak a boltban. Kérdéseket tett fel nekem hogy magam jöjjek rá mi kell nekem. Végül a jelek című könyvet vettem meg. Itt is meg köszönöm a fiatal hölgynek hogy segítet nekem a szakszerű tudásával és a kedvességével. Legközelebb is tőle fogok segítséget kérni és vásárolni.

The staff is really helpful and welcoming, spoke English fluently and guided through the store. I'm an Indian, and the person at the counter, went 1 step forward and thanked me in Hindi as well. The store is at a convenient spot in the center, english books are cheaper here than Libri. If they do not have a book in stock, we can order online as well to be delivered or to collect from store. Secret tip: ask for loyalty card which you can use on all purchases for small discounts. Downside: No escalator or lift, so not wheelchair accessible to 1st floor, but if you're looking for something in specific, the staff is always up to help you out! Have a great shopping and reading!
