No car plate recognition implemented. Though there are many cameras at every gate. So when I’ve paid parking price and lost my ticket on the way to the car, I couldn’t go out and had to pay penalty fee. I don’t like it

Not the most pedestrian friendly, but it gets the job done. You can pay at the enterance of the building.

Usually enough spare lots for short-term parking though you have to respect the free parking time limit. Enough for a short shopping, or movie in the cinema.
