Highly unprofessional and misleading management. I specifically contacted the cinema via email to check the availability of the new Top Gun popcorn buckets. Their team directly confirmed to me via email that the buckets would arrive today. Additionally, their official Instagram page posted a video clearly indicating they were available. Based on this direct confirmation, I spent over TWO HOURS traveling to the cinema and back. When I arrived, the staff dismissively told me that the buckets never arrived, that they "don't know" why Instagram posted the video, and that they likely won't get them at all. The explanations were completely inconsistent and suspicious. To make it worse, the staff and management on duty were incredibly rude and dismissive. When I asked if they could take my phone number to call me when they actually arrive, they refused, saying it's "against the rules." Zero accountability, zero apologies, and clear false advertising. Wasted my time and money due to their misinformation. Avoid this place if you expect basic customer respect.

The cinema is dangerously under stuffed. But who are there ware very rude. You have to queue the same time if you buy ticket in advanced online than if you end t to buy there. But the price as the same as a normal civilized cinema.

Great movie theater but if you exit at the bottom of the auditorium after the film - where you are directed to by the theater staff - you have to climb the stairs back to the upper floor to exit the theater. This was a surprise for my elderly mother w/o any warning!

The large cinema hall (1) is one of Budapest's best place to watch a good movie.

8D Cinema (Paniq szoba) If I could give 0 out of 5 stars I would...worst 3D experience by far. Outdated technology, really bad quality glasses, movie and effects out of sync... On top of everything the guns didn't even work. It was an absolute disappointment. Save your money (3000huf/person... seriously?!?) or donate it, but don't spend it on this disaster.
