I popped into Lush today just to browse and walked out with the biggest grin on my face and an unforgettable memory. When the staff saw how incredibly excited I was about the Back to the Future DeLorean bath bomb, they did something amazing. They handed me one and insisted I try it out in the product demonstration bowl right there in the shop! I told them straight up, "Listen, I can't buy it or take it home today," but they just smiled and insisted I experience it anyway. Honestly? I could have cried with joy. It was such a magical moment, and yes-it really was that dramatic and meaningful for me, I don’t see that kind of kindness in people often, coming from the UK. They even sent me off with some wonderful samples to try at home. I didn't catch the names of everyone on the shift today, but I want to say a massive thank you to the whole team. You didn't just show me a product; you gave me and the girls an experience I will never forget.

I was visiting last january n still cant stop thinking about how best Agi services is!! she was really helpful for everything that i wondered, not mention all the samples that she gave to me. Thank you girl, love u xx

In general, Lush is superb! But the lovely people helping us out in the store make the experience so much better! Today, Barbi was incredibly helpful (and very kind!) and through her guidance, I got to buy what I was looking for!

I visited your shopping the summer, and was assisted by Agi. I had the most amazing experience and she advised be on gifts for curly hair. I tried a few that she suggested. Visited the store today and the experience was so fun! The staff is super kind and had a lot of patience. You could feel that they really want to help and listen, and absolutely love their job! I want to thank Zsuzsi personally, she was so nice and welcoming, her help is greatly appreciated. I honestly didn't want to leave! :) thank you for the fun and nice visit, I hope to come again soon. Definitely recommending to stop by ❤️
