A lovely and welcoming cafe with a calm, comfortable atmosphere. It is a great place to relax, enjoy a conversation, or get some work done on your laptop. The staff are friendly, attentive, and speak English very well, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The service is quick, and the coffee is genuinely delicious. I really enjoyed my visit and would gladly come back. Highly recommended!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE SQUARE-FACED WOMAN BEHIND THE COUNTER I am a frequent customer of Madal, but at their other locations, not this one. I visited this branch because of its big tables and reputation as a coworking/study café. However, I had the worst café experience I've ever had. Yes, it has big tables and ok-ish drinks, but the STAFF AND SERVICE are TERRIBLE. I ordered a hot matcha and later asked for some ice. The girl with curly hair, no glasses, and a SQUARE face gave me attitude and asked why I needed ice. I said I was hot and wanted some ice for my matcha, and she replied, "You ordered your drink an hour ago. Is it still hot now?" Then she laughed with her coworkers or friends behind the counter :) Who can tolerate this kind of service? My friend received the same attitude from the SAME STAFF MEMBER the other day when she asked for some hot water :) THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS. The place wasn't even busy, so I don't see any reason why THAT WOMAN was giving customers attitude. With service like this, they even ask for a tip BEFORE serving the drinks or providing any service at all. Is it because I didn’t leave a tip at the beginning, before I had receive

Coffee was okay, but my iced Americano was very mild, I could barely taste the coffee, felt more like water. The place itself is nice with plenty of seating. I might upset some locals who love this café but to be honest, I travel the world and try the best coffee in each country this one felt pretty standard. Returned on day 2. Coffee was still very mild, with barely any noticeable coffee flavor.

It's rare to find a cafe that focuses first on excellent coffee and backs it with stunningly intentful interiors. Spent 5 day in Budapest and this cafe made me happy every single morning! Quick Feedback: you guys have built an incredible little space that gets filled with warm background chatter and the scent of great coffee - and it gets ruined by the incessant beeping from those beepers that every customer gets. Perhaps silent vibrating beepers will help your cafe vibe hit home 🫶

Cute specialty coffee shop with lots of space, coat hangers, outlets and free water. Great vibes, clean, quiet enough to work or study. Filter coffee was delicious, service was fast. Although the cashier girl didnt know what i meant by ‘specialty coffee’ when ordering, she was very helpful.
