Anyu 5 éve él az otthonban. Eleinte minden nagyon jó volt, azonban tavaly nyár óta borzasztó. Nincs takarítva, hacsak nem tud takarítani az idős lakó, vagy a hozzátartozók, a múlt hónapban nem volt még a heti kétszeri fürdetés. A mosás gyalázatos, csak ledobta az ágyra gyűrötten, olykor büdösen aki visszahozta anyu ruháit, de előfordul többször is, hogy nincs meg a heti egy mosás sem. Kevés a nővér, azok sem mind oda valók, mert egy kedves szavuk nincs. De őket megértem, mert kevesen vannak, nem tudják jól ellátni az időseket. Némelyik nővér ezt el is mondja, és mondanak fel, mennek el az intézményből. Több gondozottal és hozzátartozókkal is beszélgetünk, és ugyanezt tapasztalják. Sok idős nem mer szólni, mert félnek, hogy annak következménye lesz. Némelyik szobából olyan büdös jön ki, hogy a folyosón érezni. Nincs portás, azt is a nővérek látják el, már amikor ráérnek ott lenni. A legkisebb bajjal is a Bajcsyba küldik az időseket, mert nincs ideje a nővéreknek mondjuk itatni egy rosszullévőt, ezért kiszárad. Amilyen jó volt ez a hely pár éve, olyan rossz lett. Max.azoknak jó, azoknak ajánlom, akik ellátják magukat, tudnak takarítani, egyedül fürdeni, netán orvoshoz is elmenni, mer
